Hersheypark®

Hersheypark® is a vibrant entertainment destination that “was originally created by Milton S. Hershey as leisure grounds for employees of Hershey's Chocolate Factory.” Now, it’s the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania with visitors from around the world.

Hersheypark® boasts several aquatic attractions throughout The Boardwalk at Hersheypark®, two of which showcase over 17,000 square feet of Life Floor. Across each amenity, bright blues intone seaside motifs and complement the colorful play structure and spray feature palettes. Consistent use of Life Floor at attractions within the same venue can promote cohesive theming and guest experience.

This venue is an example of a phased project. East Coast Waterworks was installed in April 2023 and Shoreline Sprayground was installed in April 2024. Phasing projects across fiscal years is beneficial for venues from multiple perspectives. On one hand, it gives the opportunity to launch new or refreshed showcase areas one at a time to draw visitors and keep them entertained across visits. From a management perspective, it provides budget flexibility with a reduced initial financial investment rather than trying to accomplish everything at once.
