2023 DREAM DESIGNS
Studio City Waterpark
Macau, China
The iconic Studio City Water Park is the largest aquatic attraction in Macau. It expanded in 2022 to feature an indoor area with over 5,000 sq ft of Life Floor under WhiteWater’s AquaPlay structure and around spray features. WTI and WhiteWater collaborated closely with Melco Development and Construction Group to create the vision for this amenity with a unique modern interpretation of Art Deco. This waterpark expansion is housed within an iconic new structure designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.
University of Nebraska Medical Center Munroe-Meyer Institute
Omaha, Nebraska, United States
The University of Nebraska Medical Center Munroe-Meyer Institute chose Life Floor for their aquatic center due to its slip-resistance, cushioning, and inherent non-snagging properties for clothing. These key features allow for better patient experience in a more sensory-friendly environment. The surface design created by our in-house Studio team features a three-color triangle gradient Pattern with our fully integrated depth markers and no-diving symbols. Margaritaville Beach Resort Fins Up Waterpark
Nassau, The Bahamas
The Margaritaville Beach Resort Fins Up Waterpark was designed in a Seashore Theme with Marine Inlays placed throughout the amenity beneath the WhiteWater play structure. These serene colors and beach-inspired structures evoke the surrounding environment of the Bahamas and blend into the rest of the resort.
